1. PickAPart parts are sold as seen and do not carry any guarantee
2. No refunds will be given
3. Only electronic credits to be raised (conditions apply)
4. No hand written credits can be used and will not be acceptable
5. No credit will be issued without production of the original receipt/invoice number and parts (not copies)
6. PickAPart credit notes cannot be used to purchase anything other than Pick-a-Part parts
7. PickAPart credit notes can only be raised against faulty items, not against parts incorrectly taken
8. PickAPart credit notes are only valid for 30 days
9. PickAPart credits are interchangeable between different PickAPart yards
